AMAZING AFFORDABILITY
Nothing compares to the price per square metre that a solid wood cabin provides. Assemble from a kitset or have it assembled for you, both provide a beautiful affordable space.
SIMPLE RENeWABLE RESOURCE
Made simply from one product. All our timber is sourced from FSC forest. These are sustainable forests – purpose-grown and replanted. Our manufacturing process is more efficient than conventional building materials such as concrete and steel.

  • Insulation

    Wood is a natural insulation material that keeps the interior cool during the day and warmer at night. Research shows that wood is 15 times more insulating than masonry, 400 times better than steel and a whopping 1700 times better than aluminum.

  • Renewable & Recyclable

    Our cabins are built from timber harvested from sustainable forests – purpose-grown and replanted. Wood is the only renewable and recyclable construction material on the market. It is generally less energy-intensive to process compared to other construction materials, including concrete and steel.

  • Tensile Strength

    Though wood is a lightweight building material, it outperforms even steel when it comes to breaking length (or self-support length). Simply put, wood can support its own weight better, which allows for larger spaces and fewer necessary supports in some building designs.

  • Sound Absorption

    Wood’s acoustic properties make it ideal for minimizing echo in living or office spaces. Wood absorbs sound, rather than reflecting or amplifying it. This can significantly reduce noise levels for additional comfort.

  • Air Flow

    The hygroscopic nature of wood (the ability to exchange moisture with the air) means it can protect against short-term changes in temperature and humidity. This means it accommodates better natural airflow, reducing the need for air purifiers and dehumidifiers.

Here at Serenity cabins, our kitset cabins are built to last. Solid construction and the natural durability of wood you can be sure your cabin is a safe investment. All our cabins are European made.
SLOW GROWN SPRUCE
Slow grown timber has increased density as compared to faster growth conterparts. This leads to a stronger and more durable wood. Spruce as opposed to Pine contracts and expands less leading to a more stable product and cabin.
